PEPC Kids & PEPC Students Summer Intern Positions
Join Our Team This Summer!
We are excited to announce two separate summer internship opportunities: one for PEPC Kids—which includes a key role in our Kids Camp program—and one for the PEPC Students program.
· PEPC Kids Intern (including Kids Camp): Support the planning and facilitation of camp activities, creative games, and lessons for children, working closely with the PEPC Kids ministry team. This 15-20 hour a week internship is open from May through mid-August and is a paid internship at $19/ hour.
· PEPC Students Intern: Assist with events, worship, and programs for students, provide administrative support, and collaborate with the PEPC Students leadership. This 10-15 hour a week summer internship will be available for 2-3 months and is a paid internship at $18-$19/ hour.

Worship Arts Associate Position Overview
The Worship Arts Associate is a part-time role, working 15–18 hours per week with an additional 70 hours allocated for seasonal support. This position integrates musical leadership, technical coordination, and organizational administration to help facilitate Christ-centered worship experiences within the church.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership coverage for worship leading as Musical Director and for production as Production Director, covering director roles once a month.
- Demonstrate musical proficiency and maintain a working understanding of audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of worship services, ensuring both the musical and technical elements are coordinated effectively.
- Contribute extra hours during special church seasons, such as Christmas and Easter, to support expanded worship needs.
Qualifications
- Musical proficiency and experience with AVL systems are essential for this role.
- A genuine, vibrant relationship with the Lord and a deep love for both the local church and its historical traditions are required.
Schedule and Compensation
This part-time position covers 15–18 hours per week including Sundays, plus 70 hours annually for seasonal support. The starting pay range is $23–$28 per hour, with consideration given to the candidate’s qualifications.
